TRILUNA returns to the Gardens fo Babylon for another round of flowing, plant loving, & giving back!
Â
Join us Monday, May 13th at 7:00 in the evening gentle flow yoga class with lots of emphasis on empowering ourselves as women, as mothers, as sisters, and as friends (accessible to ALL levels of experience) where we will stretch, breathe, and move to soothing sounds and the fellowship up of many plants in a class led by Hannah Vaughn.
Â
Whether you're a mother, have a mother, want to be a mother, pet mom, or struggling with a yet unmet desire to be a mother—you will find yourself at home here. You can bring your mother as your mother's day gift, come with a sister or friend, or come to meet a sister or friend.Â
Â
We chose Thistle Farms as this month's non-profit because they believe women who have survived trafficking, prostitution and addiction deserve a second chance at life. They provide a safe and supportive place to live, meaningful work, and a life long sisterhood of support. And THAT is an idea we can get behind.
Â
ALL proceeds go directly to Thistle Farms, so whether you donate $5 or $500 we are incredibly grateful.Â
Â
Please note that space is limited and you do need to reserve a spot. The last THREE events we have had at the Gardens have sold out so please get your ticket asap!

Hannah has been practicing yoga since 2013 and it has become the most influencing practice of her life so far.
Attracted to the focus on movement and breath that yoga teaches, she continues to learn to use the practice as a way to feel more
confident, stronger, and wiser on her journey through life. Her style of teaching is intended to inspire the student to look deeper
within themselves coupled with free-flowing movement and a nurturing space to fill your heart and mind with gratitude, meeting yourself where you are exactly as you are.
